In a case of Family court, the court had ordered to husband for maintenance as Rs.4500/month though he has been earned salary Rs.5000/month so in this situation, the husband is not satisfied and want to file petition against this order of court to make edition Or stay the order of maintenance in high court. So kindly guide me what are the rules or acts to give maintenance order by court. And how can it be challenged in high court?
