So me and my brother in our village own a land of 5.8 Acer in our village but when we measure our both the lands we are not getting exact 5.8 Acer. I am getting less land of 8 guntas when we message and our brother is getting 1 Acer less when he measured so he is asking to give us the land from our registered land but we are opposing for it and pleasing them to check the missing land through lagel way that is we are advising them to check the whole survey number land and see weather the missing land is in other place but they are not listening to us so we thought of completing a police case in our town but some people are saying if you book a case on them the police authoritie will divide your both the land into half and close the case so if they do like that we will lose our more land so here I'm asking respected lawyer that is going to police is a good option or not
