In my succession case, I have only asked for my half share in the movable assets of my deceased middle aunt. Earlier I was declared class 2 legal heir along with my eldest aunt. My mother being the youngest sister of the 2, predeceased both of them on 21/01/2026 Next my middle aunt died on 04/05/2026. The eldest aunt died on 11/01/2023. I filed a succession case in April 2023 and I brought the children of my deceased defendant on record as respondents number 1,2,3. The respondents in their written statement had purely defensive pleadings. They filed no claim, no counter claim or any separate prayer to avail their 1/2 share. As per Hindu succession Act, under section 15 1 d read with section 16, my eldest aunt is the only surviving daughter and I as the petitioner fall under the representational branch of predeceased daughter. We are both identified as legal heirs, being the heirs of the father. Now, my question is, do the 3 respondents stand a chance to get the 1/2 share of their mother in my case? Or will they follow another remedy as per law to avail their mother's share? Is it true that in inheritance the court gives the share of all at a go? And does not keep the shares of one party in bains?

So...the man is married to another woman without giving divorce to her first wife! The woman is currently living somewhere else and comes only on court dates... But the man is trying to call her again and again but she does not want to come because she does not want to live with her husband because he physically and emotionally abused her. The man is still trying to call her and wants to keep an eye on her, along with this he refuses to give maintenance/alimony to her and the woman is not financially stable. The man is saying that he will not give the alimony or a penny if she will take their children with her! He is saying that if she will take away her children then she can take her children with her but will not get the money. He is also saying that she wants to divorce me, so I will not give her money, I will give her money when I want to divorce her. And this is the rule in law! So is it valid to do so?

My agricultural land is located at Khasra No. 508/1, Village Asalpur, Tehsil Jobner, District Jaipur, Rajasthan. Lali Devi is recorded as one of the khatedars/owners in the revenue records. The main issue is that my land does not have a proper access road and is practically in a landlocked condition. Near/in front of my land, there is land under Khasra No. 1485/515 and related 515 series khasra numbers, which are recorded in the revenue records as “Gair Mumkin Nadi” (non-cultivable river/drain land). Currently, some private individuals’ names are recorded as khatedars in the jamabandi, but I have been informed that this land was originally government/allotted land, possibly granted to a martyr soldier/ex-serviceman family for agricultural purposes and later transferred/sold. My main legal questions are: Even though private names are currently recorded, does the “Gair Mumkin Nadi” classification still mean that the land remains under any government/revenue department control or public nature? If this land was originally government-allotted land, was its later sale/transfer legally valid, or were there any restrictions on transfer? Since my property has no proper access road and the nearest practical access from the highway side is through this land, can I legally obtain a road/access under: Is it possible to obtain legal access/road through this “Gair Mumkin Nadi” land through a revenue department application or government process?
