If a person had prepared registered Will Or vasiyat of his self acquired property in the name of only one legal heir among the others and the person who has prepared of Will or Vasiyat had died after leaving his prepared will Or vasiyat. So it is compulsory for beneficier to get Probate of this Will? How can he become beneficier of this will Or vasiyat? Can anyone challenge against this self acquired will Or vasiyat? Which type of expenses are count to put maintenance order in family court? In family court,Premium of Life insurance,Money back policy,Medical policy,ULIP Policy, etc. are valid expense to cut into the salary and these expenses are cuttable amount from the salary to count for maintenance amount? How is ITR be effected to count on maintenance amount? Kindly tell me method of deduction from salary and about expenses of salary in the case of 125 CrPc of family court
