How do I create a valid private trust in Srinagar?

A private trust in Srinagar is created by executing a trust deed and transferring property to the trustee for the benefit of specified beneficiaries. The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that the author must indicate a clear intention to create a trust and define the beneficiaries with certainty.

Under the Jammu and Kashmir Rent Control Act 1966 and the Indian Trusts Act, the trust property must be defined and the purpose must be lawful. The trustee holds the property subject to the obligations imposed by the trust deed.
