My father made a gift deed of his house in Kolkata to my brother can I challenge it

A gift deed can be challenged in Kolkata on grounds of fraud, undue influence, coercion, or if the donor was not of sound mind at the time of execution. You must file a suit for cancellation of the gift deed before the civil court in West Bengal within three years of knowledge of the gift.
