What the Plan Does Not Cover
Stated plainly, so there are no surprises later.
- Court representation is not included. Appearing in court, filing and arguing a case are separate matters, quoted to members at 20% below standard rates.
- Court fees, stamp duty and government charges are not included. Those are paid to the court or the department, at actuals.
- Document reviews are capped at 15 pages each. A longer contract can still be reviewed, quoted separately before we start.
- Unused consultations do not carry over. The plan runs for twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Consultations are chat-based. Voice or video calls can be arranged but are not part of the plan’s standard inclusions.
- No outcome is guaranteed. No lawyer can promise a result, and we will not.
- There is no auto-renewal. When the year ends we will ask whether you want another, and nothing charges unless you say yes.
Questions About the Annual Plan
Is this a subscription that renews itself?
No. It is one payment of ₹20,000 covering twelve months. Nothing is charged automatically and we do not set up an auto-renewal mandate on your card or UPI. When the year ends we will simply ask whether you want to continue.
What counts as one consultation?
One matter thread. Follow-up questions inside that same thread do not use up another consultation, and the thread stays available to you for the whole year — so 100 consultations is roughly two a week, not 100 single messages.
Do unused consultations roll over to the next year?
They do not. The plan covers twelve months from the date of purchase. That limit is what keeps the annual price well below the cost of buying the same work piece by piece.
Can my family use my plan?
Yes — you, your spouse and up to two dependants. Each person’s matters are handled as separate, confidential threads.
What happens after I pay?
You will see a confirmation, and our team will contact you within one business day by phone or email to activate the plan, record your current matters and introduce the advocate who will handle your file.
I am not sure the plan suits me yet — what should I do?
Start with a single ₹99 consultation. If it turns out you need ongoing help, tell us and we will adjust what you have already paid towards the annual plan.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Give us your business name and GSTIN when you book, or email us after payment, and we will issue the invoice.
Is the annual plan legal advice?
The plan buys you legal information and document work. Where a matter needs a licensed professional — a notice on your behalf or a document prepared for filing — it is carried out by an advocate. Nothing here creates an advocate-client relationship until you engage one directly. See our disclaimer.
