Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are
LawPucho (lawpucho.com) is a free legal question-and-answer platform for India. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions about this policy can be sent to filexlegal@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you create an account we collect your name, email address and password. If you submit a legal question we store the text of the question, the category you choose, and any optional details you provide such as your name, phone number and city or state.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect standard technical data when you visit — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type — through Google Analytics (measurement ID G-830HD13CP9) and through our own web server logs.
Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- To publish and display the questions you ask so that others can benefit from the answer.
- To generate answers: question text is sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence service, which returns a draft answer that we publish.
- To operate, measure and improve the website, and to detect abuse or spam.
- To respond to you if you contact us.
4. What is public
LawPucho is a public question-and-answer site. Anything you submit as a question — including any name, phone number or location you add — may be published publicly and indexed by search engines. Please do not include confidential information, names of third parties, account numbers or identity documents in your question.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site — our hosting provider, our database provider, the artificial-intelligence service that drafts answers, and Google Analytics — and where we are required to do so by law.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Questions and answers are kept for as long as the site publishes them, because the published Q&A archive is the product. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing filexlegal@gmail.com. Note that we may be unable to remove a published question and answer where it has been indexed or quoted elsewhere. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though you may not stay signed in.
8. Children
LawPucho is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
10. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent to filexlegal@gmail.com or +91-9403890320.
