I faced sexual harassment at my workplace in Rohtak — how do I file a complaint?

Sexual harassment complaints are filed under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 with the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at your workplace in Rohtak. If the complaint is against the employer, file with the Local Complaints Committee (LCC) at the district level. The complaint must be filed within three months, extendable by three months. Appeals lie before the Punjab and Haryana High Court against orders of the committee. Employers in Haryana must also comply with Haryana Rent Control Act 1973 governing the Haryana Shops and Establishments Act for workplace conditions.
