In HMA, husband doesn't come in hearing of Domestic Violence Case in family court since 1.5 Years so wife has stopped the rights of cross examination of this D.V. case of her husband by court.But now husband has filed application to re-open his rights against his closed rights. So actually what are the laws to open the closed rights of court? What are the sections of Law to open the rights of cross examination of D.V. case?

Can i file a case against my father..for inequality between me and my brother. I have to work hard and bear my own expenses whwre my elder brother does nothing and enjoys our rental income along with a wife. My father is having gender bias where women are treated less and he always uses abusive language which made me to attempt a suicide and life is miserable to me. I am landlord of one chawl , one of my tenant expired 2 months before leaving behind him his widow of 75 age . My tenant was having only one child who expired long back. Now only his widow is there . She approached me with her nephew and requested me to change the rent receipt on his name. His nephew is not in blood relation. I want to know after the tenant death is it ok to transfer rent receipt on nephew name on request of his widowbor not??? If yes what is procedure any agreement have to be made?? Can any other relatives can claim any rights??

Dear Sir/Madam, I am married for the last 12 years and have known my husband frm 2005 as we were working in the same company..But due to some personal issues we got marrried in 2014 . We both are Hindus but come from different cultural backgrounds. Both of us are educated but my husband doesn’t allow me to stay in the house he has been forcing me for divorce from the 2nd day we married … He has sold off his flats with his mothers support and buys the house outside the city limit and he knows my weakness that i cannot travel for work to the city so far which takes one way 2 hours commute. Through the week i would live at my parents house and travel on weekends to my husbands house. But those 2 days also i was not allowed to stay in the house . He would leave the house and go away with his friends. Finally i wanted to save my marriage and hence quit my job because he would fight with me on daily basis. But in the meanwhile with all these fights i am pursuing my studies during my work break .. Now things are worst as whenever i stay in his house nobody speaks with me. My mother in law stays with us as she was not keeping well so i stayed with her for a few months untill she was fine. But my husband and she are both manipulating me into giving him a divorce. My husband litreally cries to the mother that i will nevwr give them peace and i am a terror. My mother in law and my husband have thwir names on every investment and house. And also his married sister for whom he is working day night as we dont have children. . I am told since i have my job i ahould spend on my ownself and my husband has told me that he cannot take my responsibikity. She encourages my husband and supports him in anything against me . Hence i get upset and would not stay in their house . I am treated as if im an outsider and that he hasnt married me . He says he wants peace. The minute he sees me in his house he will on purpose pick up a fight and force me to leave the house and go to my Parents house. He says if i want to live in their house i should sit alone and not talk to anybody. And he has told me he will never want to go anywhere with me . In case we meet neighbours or his colleague he refuses to introduce me when i ask him why he never introduced he says they know me .I never married him to get divorced and he and his entire family is forcing me to go away from the house .He says i should file for divorce and he wants a guarantee that i donot want his money.. Request you to guide me on this.

I filed a succession case. My respondents who are calling my class 2 legal heir decree and judgement to be null, void, fraud and illegal, are also calling my prayer clause to be wrong. In my prayer, I have only asked for relief to the extent of my half share in the movable assets in succession. The respondents are the children of my deceased defendant who was also declared class 2 legal heir along with me. The 3 respondents have never submitted any document in court to prove that they are the legal heirs of my deceased defendant who was also declared class 2 legal heir along with me in court. Now the case is on consideration and the opposite councel has submitted a joint statement on behalf of the respondents that it is my "dava" that the 3 respondents be given 50% of the movable assets. They are now also giving me a NO OBJECTION that the petition of the petitioner be allowed. How should I deal with these fraudulent respondents? I want to tell the judge that when I sent the first summons tothe respondents, copies of the plaint were also attached with the summons. The respondents and their advocate in particular knew that myself being the petitioner have only asked for my half share in succession. I want to tell the judge that they were not proactive, they did not file a separate suit or claim. They never bothered to file an application of declaring themselves as the legal heirs of my deceased defendant who was also declared class 2 legal heir along with me. The are claiming falsely that it is my DAVA that they be given half the share in succession. I also want to tell the judge that they want to escape from now filing the declaration case of declaring themselves as the legal heirs of their deceased mother. They want to take a shortcut through me. What should I do?

महोदय/महोदया, मैं, सुलोचना देवी, स्वर्गीय श्री सुभाष चंद की पत्नी और मेरे पति ने 22 जनवरी 2021 को हरियाणा स्टेट को-ऑपरेटिव एपेक्स बैंक लिमिटेड (HARCO Bank) सेक्टर 17बी चंडीगढ़ से ₹5,00,000/- का पर्सनल लोन लिया था। उनके 28 जनवरी 2023 को असामयिक निधन के बावजूद, हमने पूरी ईमानदारी से ₹5,00,825/- का भुगतान किया है, जिसमें 45 मासिक किस्तें (₹10,685/- प्रति माह, कुल ₹4,80,825/-) और अतिरिक्त ₹20,000/- नकद शामिल हैं। यह राशि मूल ऋण से अधिक है। फिर भी, बैंक के रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार, ₹2,36,433.68 (मूलधन) और ₹22,827.91 (ब्याज) बकाया है।मैंने दिनांक 03/06/2025 को OTS के लिए अनुरोध पत्र प्रस्तुत किया था, जिसे शाखा प्रबंधक ने स्वीकार करने और लिखित जवाब देने से इनकार कर दिया। मैं पुनः निम्नलिखित अनुरोध करती हूँ:पहले से चुकाई गई ₹5,00,825/- को ध्यान में रखते हुए शेष ब्याज (₹22,827.91/-) की पूर्ण माफी।लोन खाते को वन टाइम सेटलमेंट (OTS) के तहत बंद कर हमारी वित्तीय स्थिति अत्यंत दयनीय है। मेरे पति परिवार की एकमात्र कमाने वाले सदस्य थे और मेरी तलाकशुदा पुत्री (दो नाबालिग बच्चों सहित), बेरोजगार पुत्रों मुझ पर निर्भर हैं। मेरे पति ने कोई चल या अचल संपत्ति नहीं छोड़ी, चंडीगढ़ मोहाली पंचकूला में । ना ही हमारे परिवार में से किसी ने गारंटी दी है इस लोन की।

I was declared a class 2 legal heir along with my eldest aunt by the court. My aunt died. On the basis of my class 2 legal heir decree, I filed a succession case. I made the children of my deceased aunt the respondents in my succession case. In my plaint my advocate mentioned that the 3 respondents are the legal heirs of my deceased aunt. In my pleading and prayer I have only requested for my half share. The 3 children of my deceased aunt have not submitted any proof of being the legal heirs of my deceased aunt. They have also committed purgery in the succession case by giving false and fabricated information. Would the judge let them plead their relief in my prayer. I have a basis on which I plead for my half share being a class 2 legal heir.
